📦 Shipping, Returns & Refunds

🚚 Shipping
All orders are shipped via express courier (e.g. DHL) with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking code by email.

🇮🇹 Italy → Free (1–2 days)
🇪🇺 Europe → Free (3–4 days)
🇺🇸 United States → Free (3–4 days)
🌍 Rest of the World → Free over €200, otherwise €30 (5–6 days)

⚠️ Delays may occur during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, etc.).

🌍 Customs & Duties
Due to global geopolitical uncertainty, we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery. All customs fees are the buyer's sole responsibility.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition (unused, unaltered, no signs of wear).
- One exchange per order (same item, subject to availability).
- If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection — sizes are clearly shown in our product photos. When in doubt, message us before ordering! 📏
• Color variation — colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. 🎨
• Minor print imperfections — these are the natural signature of handmade craftsmanship and make every piece unique. 🤍

💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method (e.g. PayPal).
⏳ Processing time: 1–5 business days depending on your bank.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange
1️⃣ Email us at info@malinishop.com with:
   - Your order number
   - Whether you prefer a return or exchange
   - Your phone number, address and preferred pickup time slot
2️⃣ Pack the item in its original box (or similar — sturdy and compact).
3️⃣ Ship the item back at your own cost using a trackable courier.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected ✅ we'll process your refund or exchange.
