Shipping to ITALY is free.

EUROPE free shipping if you order 100€ or more, under 100€ shipping costs 17€

UNITED STATES free shipping if you order 100€ or more, under 100€ shipping costs 25€

REST OF THE WORLDfree shipping if you order from 200€, under 200€ shipping costs 30€

Return or exchange merchandise:
We'll follow you and explain step by step how to do it don't worry it's simple we don't want to complicate your life.

Return or exchange of the same item purchased (if available) is completely free of charge, but only and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of the package (The date of receipt is the one issued and recorded as delivered by the courier)

Any return or exchange of the same item will take place only:

- after receiving the package at our warehouse:

- after verification of the contents by our staff.

Our staff will check if the products have been returned in good condition, so if any damage, wear and tear or mistreatment is found, no refund or exchange will be made.

If the product cannot be resold for the reasons mentioned above, no refund or exchange will be made.

Goods exchange will only be made for the same item purchased if it is in stock, otherwise we will issue a refund. The exchange can only be made once for free, subsequent exchanges will not be free.

In addition, the refund is completely free of charge!

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was received so if you paid with Paypal we will issue the refund through Paypal.

Shipping methods.
Our items are shipped only by domestic/international express courier.
This service allows us to provide you with a tracking code \ number for your purchase.

Your purchase is tracked on the website of the courier we use or on the purchase email we send you for each purchase.

Example: if DHL courier is used we will provide you with the DHL courier's tracking number

This tracking code\number can also be used on the courier's website or by calling the courier's customer service department, keeping the tracking code\number handy.

We are not responsible for any delays or noncompliance after your package has been shipped.

Once your purchase has been entrusted to the courier, the courier will be responsible.

Especially during the holidays or major events such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc., delays may occur due to high freight traffic. We recommend that you anticipate your purchases to avoid delays.

Of course, we will do our best to make sure the courier is coordinated with you as efficiently as possible, so we will never leave you alone under any circumstances and will do our best to help you.

How do I proceed with a return or exchange (of the same item)?
If you want to make or change (the same item) no problem, just follow these simple instructions:


1. Send an email to info@malinishop.com, in the subject line of the email, include the purchase number or write to us otherwise from the same email with which you made the purchase on the site.
Write us your reason and how you want to proceed: return or exchange.
It is important to tell us all the details that need to be reported to the courier:
time - morning / afternoon - phone number - address

2. Properly store the item in the same box you received it in if you can or otherwise use a similar cardboard box, making sure it is a sturdy box and not too bulky.

3.Our customer service department will send you an email with a PDF sheet attached that you should print and apply\paste on the unopened package.
Place the sheet visibly so that the barcode is readable.

4. The courier will come and pick up the package in the next 24 hours.
Sometimes it is the courier himself who will contact you to coordinate directly with you.

5. As soon as our warehouse receives the parcel and the inspection staff gives approval, we will handle your return or exchange request - refund or exchange times vary but we will keep you constantly informed.
