🚚 Shipping

🇮🇹 Italy → free (1–2 days)

🇪🇺 Europe → free (3–4 days)

🇺🇸 United States → free (3–4 days)

🌍 Rest of the world → free above €200, otherwise €30 (5–6 days)

👉 All shipments are trackable via express courier (e.g., DHL). You will receive the tracking code by email.

⚠️ Possible delays during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (same item)

- Free within 14 days of delivery.

- Valid only if the item is in perfect condition (no damage or signs of wear).

- Exchanges are possible only once, free of charge (same item, if available).

- If the item is not available, you will receive a refund .

💰 Refunds : Free, issued using the same payment method used (e.g. PayPal).
⏳ Timeframe: 1–5 business days, depending on the bank.

📝 How to make a return or exchange?

Follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Write to info@malinishop.com indicating:

- order number

- if you prefer a return or exchange

- courier details (telephone, address, collection time slot)

2️⃣ Pack the item in its original box (or similar, sturdy, and space-saving box).

3️⃣ You will receive a PDF label by email 📄 → print it and apply it to the package.

4️⃣ The courier will come within 24 hours to collect the package (they can contact you to arrange this).

5️⃣ Once the package has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
