Shipping policy
All orders travel by tracked express courier: when your parcel leaves, you receive the tracking code by email. We usually prepare orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times start when the parcel ships. During holidays (Christmas, New Year) they may take a few extra days.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (for example the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia) the destination country may charge import duties and taxes. We cannot guarantee duty-free delivery: duties are not included in the price or in the shipping cost, they are set by the authorities of your country and they are always the buyer's responsibility. The courier usually asks for them before delivery.
United States: since 29 August 2025 every parcel entering the USA, even of low value, is subject to duties. The amount depends on the type of item and the order value. For an estimate before you buy, write to info@malinishop.com.
Damaged parcel or wrong item
Write to info@malinishop.com with your order number and a few photos: we will find a solution quickly, at our expense.
